Our client is a self-licensed, forward thinking, and progressive financial planning business based in Parkside.

Proudly considered a South Australian employer of choice, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team.

**What's the role?**

Working with two experienced financial planners, and supported by another CSO, you'll be crucial in delivering quality services and support to a high-end customer base. Working on varied projects, this role oversees the preparation of review documents, records of advice and administering ongoing services.

You'll track and facilitate advice implementation, processing investment switches, contributions, and withdrawals as well as use tasks in Xplan to manage the advice process. In short, you'll be the team's Senior CSO dotting the I's, crossing the T's, and ensuring everything stays on track.

This role will provide a platform to be involved in diverse, interesting projects, giving you an opportunity to learn and grow your understanding of the industry.

**And who are you?**

We know you'll be a keen organiser, who prides themselves on their diligence and accuracy. You'll also be a relationship builder, focussing on quality client outcomes first and foremost.

With over two year's experience as a client services officer, you would bring knowledge of the 'Advice' process as well as a strong grasp of regulatory obligations and compliance. No doubt you you'll know your way around Xplan.

Ultimately, you'll have passion for the industry, and know the important role that ethical, sustainable and quality financial services can play in the lives of individuals.
