Tecside have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in the heart of Adelaide CBD.

**A day in the life of a Talent Specialist;**
- No two days are ever the same
- You will need to be resilient and dedicated to delivering for your clients
- Identify and target new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Placing and Managing advertisement responses
- Arranging interviews / phone interviews / video conferencing
- Deliver Tool Box Talks to workers on a regular basis addressing identified and emerging hazards

The talent team is supported by a dedicated Talent Coordinator and we run a fully customised database that supports all activities. Our sales activities are led by a dedicated business development team and supported by the branches.
