**Essential selection criteria include**
- Degree qualified in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar
- Experience conducting UAT sessions with team-members and customers
- Specialist experience with one or more of: performance/load testing, UX testing, conducting code reviews, systems integration testing, security testing

**They will look favorably on**:

- Experience setting up and maintaining automated testing systems
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements and testing against these later in the project lifecycle
- ISTQB certifications, IIBA membership or certification, ACS membership or certification
- Any relevant business systems or domain experience in health, pharmacy, logistics, professional services, construction or financial services
- Any prior Business Analyst experience
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, including the ability to accurately estimate jobs and potentially work on multiple projects at once
- Be creative and a good problem solver with a keen eye for detail
- Be able to confidently take part in robust customer and team discussions, often acting as the one to bring order to chaos
- Be positive, "can do" person who takes pride in their work
- Have a genuine desire to see happy customers and exceptional project outcomes
