**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the Executive Manager - Outside School Hours Care, the Operations Administration Coordinator will provide administrative and system support to the OSHC business while working in line with the strategic goals and budgets. In this role, you will:

- Oversee all invoicing, ACCS, Inclusion funding and employee compliance for the OSHC sector
- Review monthly spend against service budgets
- Build the knowledge, skills and professionalism of educators, coordinators, Regional Managers and the Senior Leadership team
- Keep abreast of and share best practice for supporting the administration of the sector
- Plan, develop and meet short and long-term goals to strengthen the operations of the programs and drive strategic planning
- Build strong relationships within Business Partner groups, with the ability to influence and promote the implementation of stream lined processes

This is a full time role with an annual salary of $68,663 - $72,752 + super. You'll work from home and across our OSHC services.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role with appropriate tertiary studies. You will have strong administrative skills and a natural flair for engaging with a range of stakeholders. In addition, you will have:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with coordinating meetings and minuting
- A knowledge of HR practices, such as recruitment and selection and providing entry level HR advice
- Ability to establish and maintain positive professional networks that facilitate effective communication and operations within the local environment
- Project Management experience (desired)
