**About the role**
The Service & Administration Coordinator will oversee and assist with the day-to-day operation of the Children’s Programs Customer Service team. This includes responding to incoming telephone calls from ELC, OSHC, government departments and families.
The role will involve:
- Account management of family’s care accounts and supplier accounts
- Supporting the Customer Care Manager, ensuring Children’s Programs processes are completed accurately and in accordance with timelines
- Managing the running of associated administration tasks and processes of the direct debit functions
- Providing a great service to all our customers
This is a full time role with a salary range of $63,875 - $68,663 + super. You will work from home along with 1-2 days working from our Box Hill state office.
**About You**
Desirable, but not essential (training - provided) knowledge and experience of the following:
- POS systems, Childcare Management Software
- Have experience and/or understanding of the Child Care industry
