**About the Role**
Bowltiful is a fast-growing restaurant group managing multiple brands across **Melbourne CBD, Box Hill, and Glen Waverley**.
We are seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Operations Administrator** to support our management team in coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and driving business efficiency across all venues.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily operations and communication between venues and head office.
- Track and report **sales performance, refunds, and item popularity trends**.
- Assist in **menu and pricing updates**, ensuring accuracy across systems and platforms.
- Maintain records of **store performance, expenses, and productivity metrics**.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards.
- Support **inventory, rostering, and supplier coordination** activities.
- Contribute to **store setups**, equipment coordination, and system implementation.
- Prepare reports and assist management in reviewing business data and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance teams to align on business objectives.
**About You**
You are organised, data-driven, and understand the rhythm of restaurant operations. You can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with different teams, and take initiative to solve operational challenges.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Minimum of bachelor degree in **Business, Management, or Hospitality**.
- a **proven experience** in operations or administration (hospitality preferred).
- Understanding of **restaurant workflows**, including FOH & BOH standards and compliance basics.
- Proficiency in **Excel**, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with POS, inventory, or rostering systems (e.g. Deputy, Zii).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret operational data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual (English & Mandarin) preferred.
