**Why This Role is Exceptional**:

- First point of contact for the Joint CEO, managing correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the Joint CEO's busy calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports, documents, and presentations.
- Exposure to ASX reporting requirements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by the Joint CEO
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in board reporting & obligations of an ASX listed organisation
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to handling challenges.
- A positive and adaptable attitude, capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
