**About the role**
Reporting directly into the CEO you will play an essential role supporting our executive leadership team directly with travel, calendar management and expenses. You’ll also provide more general support in the form of events planning, meeting minutes, internal communications, and other ad hoc tasks.

**Key Activities Include**:
**Executive Assistant Support**
- Support the CEO and senior leadership team with calendar management.
- Reconciliations of corporate expenses.
- Travel management including the booking of flights, accommodation and hire cars.
- Preparation and collation of presentations, minute taking, updating actions registers for strategy sessions, state meetings and other events.

**Events Management**
- Planning and management of events such as state meetings, team member events, strategy sessions, brand events and other functions.
- Arranging interstate travel, accommodation, catering etc. for brand meetings and events.

**Internal Communications and Reporting**
- Prepare written communications on behalf of the brand CEO and brand exec team.
- Prepare communications on business initiatives to Restaurant Support centre and Franchise network.
- Management of master data lists such as store listings.
- Preparation of reports such as Voice of Customer.

**General administration**
- Setting up new starters.
- Ad Hoc Administration as required.

**About You**
We’re seeking a positive and proactive problem-solver who can work with passion and pace. You’ll have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to easily establish strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Strong organisation and time management is also key in this position.

We are a collaborative team environment - we win together - so we would expect this value resonates with you and you enjoy working with the team to deliver on company outcomes.

Experience within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) businesses is highly desirable but not required, however working with tight timeframes and across multiple stakeholders is key.
