**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity within our ANZ business for Product Marketing Executive in our Surgical Workflows business This role is responsible for both Capital and Consumables product marketing for Infection Control and Endoscopy products.

**Key Accountabilities include**:

- Managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the Sales Teams and Operations, to deliver on the strategies.
- New product introductions - work with regional and global teams to source new products for the ANZ market, and ensure all necessary processes and approvals (i.e. TGA) are in place prior to launch.
- Lead key internal projects related to product data, maintenance and compliance.
- Enabling the Sales Team to sell products with the required level of knowledge, marketing material and tools so the business can grow profitability and in line with the marketing strategy.
- Managing key suppliers and ensuring that their inventory is maintained.
- Assisting in the development and execution of the product marketing plan for the product portfolio with the support of the marketing manager. This includes collating competitor intelligence, sales and campaign analysis, and preparation of marketing campaigns and collateral for the portfolio.
- Execute and track the allocated marketing budget for the portfolio.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Ensuring that products and marketing efforts support the Getinge overall strategies and goals.
- Managing and co-ordinating key conferences, customer events and post event analysis.

**About you**:

- 1-2 years product management experience ideally within the healthcare industry although we are open to other industry experience i.e. Life Sciences, Allied Healthcare etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing is preferred, although other business or related degrees will be considered i.e. Medical Science
- A self-starter with the drive to own the product portfolio both planning and managing the strategic direction.
- High level of organisational skills & attention to detail required.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines & prioritise key tasks.
- Experience in b2b marketing is desirable.
- Sound knowledge of the sales process.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
