Hays Maroochydore is proud to partner with a local Developer Builder that boasts a portfolio of luxury apartment developments with ocean views. They are very well-placed to capitalise on demand in what is currently the fastest growing region in Queensland, the beautiful Sunshine Coast. They are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their high-performing team.

**Your new role**

As the Executive Property & Office Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the office and projects. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks:

- General office management including the answering of phones, dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries, maintenance of IT systems, phone systems and office supplies.
- Provide general administration assistance to Construction Manager and contract administrators.
- Liaise between sales team, legal team and buyers with regards sales contracts and special conditions.
- Provide executive support to the director and senior management team
- Organise and attend meetings, including but not limited to future business development opportunities and sponsorship events
- Manage executive’s calendar, set up meetings and make travel arrangements

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development or construction industry, is highly desirable.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- You must have exceptional computer literacy, highly developed organisational skills, maturity to handle a range of situations and be able to work to tight deadlines.
- You will also show loyalty and a high level of confidentiality, be able to show initiative, have a meticulous and thorough nature and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with conveyancing and sales contracts is highly desirable.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
