**Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer**

**About the Role**

This role involves proactively managing the CRO’s priorities, diary and tasks as well as providing executive level administrative support to the CRO and Risk Leadership Team. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent relationship building skills, initiative and proactivity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executive support includes diary and relationship management, meeting coordination, minute/note taking etc.
- Management and tracking of the CRO’s priorities, initiatives, and deadlines.
- Draft, proofread, and edit a variety of documents, including internal and external papers, presentations, and memos on behalf of the CRO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with aspects of risk and compliance administration including risk management reporting for forums and committees.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across the CRO team to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist with record-keeping and the management of documents.
- Working collaboratively with fellow Executive Assistants to deliver consistent support across the organisation.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience (approx. 5+ years') as a Personal / Executive Assistant or alternatively 2+ years risk and compliance experience (preferably in Financial Services).
- Relevant Business and/or Governance qualification (preferable but not mandatory).
- Advanced knowledge of MS 365 - Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of corporate governance principles and/or experience in coordinating Board packs or papers.
- Highly developed organisational skills.
- Ability to accurately compile and record agendas and minutes.
- High level grammar, written, verbal and communication skills.
- Experience in organising workshops, seminars, or similar functions.
- Basic finance knowledge for budgeting purposes.
