**Your new company**
This Federal Government department is looking to recruit a Communications & Engagement Business Partner to join their team in a temporary 12-month capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise and demonstrate your communications skills both strategically and operationally whilst supporting the team achieve key objectives.

**Your new role**
As a Communications and Engagement Business Partner you will provide communication solutions to support this Federal Government department. You will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of multi-channel strategies, supporting key initiatives to drive engagement with multiple key stakeholders. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing communications, both at an internal and external level
- Creating engaging content for a variety of channels that meet branding guidelines
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of key communications objectives, both in an independent and collaborative capacity
- Researching, analysing, and collaborating metrics to review the success of communication strategies
- The development, implementation and management of communication and engagement strategies for multiple target audiences

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Experience in a Communications role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to work autonomously
- Proven ability to create engaging and captivating content through various channels that meet department guidelines
- Proven verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy
- Ability to liaise with various key internal and external stakeholders whilst also supporting the Organisations objectives
- The ability to support data management activities through undertaking research to identify risks & trends
- Experience developing a range of communication materials to suit diverse audiences utilising a variety of channels
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for this role.
