**Description**:
Our People and Performance Team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented and experienced People & Performance Business Partner to join us.

Our well-established organisation operates on a branch network basis stretching across Western Victoria and South Australia. Whilst you will be based in South Australia, this diverse role will see you work across our organisation enhancing employee engagement,

As a member of our collaborative group, you will play a vital role in providing generalist HR support to the key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for business partnering, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and overall business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that delivers exceptional service to our people, while also supporting the workforce and business within the organisation.

Our ideal new team member will be proactive, practiced at working autonomously and happy to travel across our branch network building strong relationships across our organisation.

**Some of the key qualities we are looking for include**:
Proven experience in a Business Partner role
Qualifications in HR or a related field or equivalent in experience,
Strong Relationship Building and influential skills
Adept decision-making skills with a commercial mindset

You don’t have to be from an agricultural background to work with us, but previous experience working in a trade or branch network environment would be an advantage.
