Serco is seeking an experienced Talent Business Partner to join the diverse and inclusive Serco Talent team. This is a unique opportunity to join a multinational business. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process on a variety of contracts.

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Senior Talent Business Partner, the Talent Business Partner is responsible for delivering a full end-to-end talent advisory service to the business across the portfolio that specifically results in a best-in-class recruitment and selection service. The Talent Business Partner proactively plans, attracts, sources and maintains a quality pipeline of talent to meet the variable business resource requirements across Serco.

The role comes with a high degree of responsibility from the excellent execution of strategic advisor capabilities and exceeding our KPI obligations. You will work closely with the Citizen Services recruitment team to impact and improve the end-to-end recruitment process.
