The ideal person for this role will be someone who loves to support a Director and also has a passion for business and organisation. This role will be a combination of WFH and in person duties. You will be required to travel to Brisbane CBD when needed and could be required for some late nights or weekends.

Experience with accounting or dental is preferred but not necessary

Working closely with the director, you will be the right hand and ensure that his job function is well supported. Assisting with business meetings, partaking in business strategy sessions, coordinating personal services or running errands, you’ll become a key part of the business.

Any experience in development, dental or IT is a bonus but not a requirement.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a valid drivers license, a car is not required
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all tasks
- MS Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook), Canva or Adobe Photoshop, Xero, Google suite
- Hold high attention to detail, autonomous and efficient.
- Emotionally Intelligent and excellent communication skills.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
