**About the company**
- This busy Medical Receptionist position is best suited to an enthusiastic, friendly and upbeat individual with previous receptionist experience and the ability to start immediately.**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling appointments for consults, post hospital reviews etc
- Booking hospital procedures
- Liasing with hospitals
- Visitor and contractor check ins
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

**Requirements/Skills**
- Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal. Must be able to communicate with clinicians and patients
- Must be proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced environment juggling multiple tasks
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally medical reception
- Must be able to work 5 days in the clinic
- Maintain a high attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy reception/ administration role
- The ability to prioritise and multitask
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands
