Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and checking in patients
  • Answering and directing patient queries
  • Liaising with healthcare providers and specialists
  • Managing clinical documentation and patient records
  • Drafting professional correspondence and emails
  • Processing billings and handling payments

Requirements
