As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and ensuring their experience is positive. **Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Collect and update patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records.

- Answer phone calls and address inquiries, providing information and assistance to patients.
- Handle billing and insurance-related tasks, verifying coverage and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and waiting room.
- Assist with basic clinical tasks as required and directed by medical staff.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure efficient practice operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional patient service.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and general computer skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and billing processes.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
