Medical Receptionist - Join Our Team in North Sydney
Are you a dedicated and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional patient care? We're excited to offer a full-time, permanent position for a Medical Receptionist at our North Sydney clinic located within the Mater Hospital. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering high-quality reception services.
The role is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts scheduled between the core hours of 6:15am and 11pm, with weekend work on a rotating roster.

**Responsibilities**:

- First Point of Contact: Be the welcoming face for patients at reception.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule appointments to maximize customer service and clinic efficiency.
- Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain positive connections with patients, referrers, staff, and managers.
- Patient Care: Provide excellent customer service and empathetic care to alleviate medical concerns.

- Previous Experience: Medical receptionist experience (highly desirable).
- Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Team Player: Able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
