Our well-known and busy reproductive health clinic is looking for an entry-level medical receptionist. 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) with occasional additional days available. The office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This is a fantastic opportunity for training and hands-on experience in this field.

Among the responsibilities are;
- Greeting patients upon their arrival
- Scheduling appointments and providing instructions to patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures.
- Documenting patient inquiries and forwarding them to medical staff for follow-up.
- Answering and documenting phone inquiries for post-operative patients.
- Receiving Payments
- Data entry
- Processing Medicare claims
- Cleaning and other general office duties as needed
- Filing and scanning of medical records

You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving ability. You must have a genuine desire to help people, be nonjudgmental, and be passionate about reproductive health. You should also be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet programs. It is not necessary to have prior experience working as a medical receptionist, however some customer service expertise is needed.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
