In this role you will be responsible for resolving a high volume of general ICT incidents and service requests within a Service Desk environment including conducting thorough triaging, investigations and diagnosis of incidents. You will provide support across a broad range of software and hardware which includes referrals and communication with other agencies. As the first point of contact, the ability to communicate with customers, vendors and cross agency representatives with messaging that is appropriate to a range of audiences is paramount.Key responsibilities include: - Providing first and second level service desk ICT support to end users, including resolving high volume general incidents and service requests. Undertaking the initial incident diagnosis in order to either resolve the incident, to redirect incidents to management, or to the appropriate technical support teams. Providing on-site technical support at SSQ's Brisbane CBD, Zillmere (DCC) andMt Gravatt sites. Providing timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigations and diagnosis of incidents, analysing recurring incidents and informing management for resolution. Contributing to the development and communication of standard operating procedures and work instructions, including continuous service delivery improvements for clients and stakeholders. Contributing to, supporting and participating in Disaster and Virtual Response teams and the Business Continuity Management Team when required, for SSQ, to maintain operational requirements and continuous service delivery. Maintaining quality business relationships with clients, co-location business partners, other SSQ business areas, vendors and other stakeholders. Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety awareness to maintain a safe and operationally effective work environment,and
