We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Sound knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire a sound knowledge of the Queensland Procurement Policy, State Procurement Plan and QAS financial and procurement policies and procedures, particularly in relation to the acquisition of ICT goods and services necessary to support QAS ICT Programs.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve realistic goals and establish work priorities to achieve required outcomes and meet deadlines, with a proven capability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse data with a high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and to meet client service standards.
- Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills with the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven success in the development and implementation of practical, efficient and effective governance arrangements in respect to a range of corporate support functions including asset management, finance and human resources.
