Proposal coordinator

**Your new company**
My client who is a Western Australian based company with offices throughout Australia, who provides a range of fabrication, construction and maintenance services, is seeking an experienced administration expert to join their growing team based in Kwinana.

**Your new role**
To support the proposals and estimating team in the preparation of tender submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling tender preparation activities with a sense of urgency to ensure submission deadlines are met
- Collate tender submission information, liaise and coordinate with various departments/people to improve quality of inputs where needed
- Reviewing tender documentation, proposals and other documentation to ensure alignment with corporate style guide and professional presentation
- Maintaining and updating all commercially sensitive correspondence and documentation
- Completing the Responsibility Matrix and follow up required tasks to compile responses
- Providing general administration assistance to the pre-contracts manager, proposals manager, bid manager and other members of the pre-contracts team
- Focus on improving the ‘Boilerplate’ content to reflect best practice in proposals
- Attend meetings, document actions while following them through as needed
- Updating and coordinating the portal and the pipeline, chasing up input and information from other team members to keep the pipeline up to date
- Managing online portals, including updating company profile and scanning for opportunities
