Casual Gym Manager

Are you looking for a role between 10am and early afternoon?
**As Assistant Gym Manager you will be responsible for**:
- Managing some administrative aspects of the business
- General day-to-day tasks and duties
- Drafting of the roster
- Driving the gym's social media pages
- Sales and memberhsip updating
- Front desk duties
- Ordering of drinks and cleaning products
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Prior industry experience (preferred, not essential)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and be a self-starter
- Sales experience (preferred, not essential)
- Capacity to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Experience in managing people
- Self-motivated and pro-active
**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- An enthusiastic and energetic can-do attitude
- Be a team player
- High level of professionalism
- High level of honesty and open communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness qualified (preferred, not essential)
- Current First Aid & CPR (preferred, not essential)
- Have a minimum of one-two years full-time experience in the fitness industry preferably in a similar management-related position but not essential
**Job Types**: Casual, Subcontract
**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Macgregor, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
