We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at the front desk of Crank Climbing gym.

As our Front Desk Officer, you will be the face of our gym and the first point of contact for customers. Your key responsibilities include welcoming customers, providing customer service and support, processing payments, booking classes, and providing general information about our facility.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable, with a good working knowledge of the fitness industry and a positive attitude. You should be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a professional manner.

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.

Evening shifts from 5.3pm to 8.3pm Tuesday - Thursday (more hours available)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 9-20 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
