**The Role**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individuals to join our team in Macgregor on a casual basis.

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- Customer service and reception, including greeting and being friendly and approachable to our guests, members, and staff
- General reception duties and taking responsibility and pride in your presentation and approach
- Assisting in stock take and other administrative duties as required
- Membership and retail sales - part of this role is being able to cross sell and approach guests or members to discuss and assist with their needs
- Understanding of our memberships and their requirements
- General cleaning and maintenance of the gym, including walking the gym floor and making sure both the gym and shop front is clean
- Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention

- A professional and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention-to-detail

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- Previous customer service experience
- **Available to work during the Christmas period such as; Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day**:

- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
