**What We Expect**:
**Full Availability** - You must be available to work across all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Shifts include:

- **Weekdays**: 5:00am - 1:00pm, 8:00am - 4:00pm, 3:00pm - 8:00pm, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
- **Weekends**: Shifts between 6:00am - 8:00pm (Saturday) & 7:00am - 7:00pm (Sunday)

**Team Player Mentality** - We need someone who works well with others, communicates effectively, and supports their team.

**Reliability & Professionalism** - Punctuality, accountability, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.

**Outstanding Customer Service** - A friendly, engaging personality with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all members.

**Sales & Admin Skills** - Ability to meet sales KPIs, handle member inquiries, and manage front desk operations with confidence.

**Passion for Fitness & Supplements** - Knowledge of gym culture and supplements is a plus

**What You’ll Do**:

- Providing excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Greet and assist members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- **Sell supplements and merchandise** to meet daily and weekly sales KPIs.
- **Handle member inquiries and bookings** while delivering 5-star service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
