**About the Role**

As a **Sales & Membership Consultant**, you’ll be a key part of our front-line team — helping new members begin their transformation and ensuring every interaction reflects the world-class standard our gym is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving and achieving **personal and team sales targets** with confidence and consistency.
- Generating and following up on quality leads through **outreach, referrals, community engagement, and social networking**.
- Building strong relationships with prospective members and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Contributing to a **motivated, supportive, and high-performance team culture**.
- Managing daily sales activity, tracking KPIs, and reporting outcomes.
- Collaborating with management to execute promotions, events, and campaigns that drive growth.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re after a confident, professional go-getter who loves connecting with people and is genuinely passionate about health and fitness.

You’ll bring:

- **Minimum 3 years’ experience** in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- **Membership sales experience** within the fitness industry (preferred).
- A **proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets**.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- A **positive, outgoing, and energetic personality** that motivates others.
- **Professional presentation and phone manner**.
- The ability to thrive in a **tight-knit, team-oriented environment**.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
