Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for fitness and retail? World Gym Mount Gravatt is looking for a **Retail Supervisor** to join our team and lead the way in delivering exceptional service and sales results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Inventory Management**: Handle ordering and receiving stock to keep our Pro Store fully stocked with top-tier supplements and merchandise.
- **Sales Leadership**: Drive supplement sales and help the team hit sales targets by promoting our products with confidence and knowledge.
- **Customer Engagement**: Call members to arrange supplement consultations and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their fitness journey.
- **Content Creation**: Contribute to social media content that showcases our Pro Store and its offerings, driving member engagement and awareness.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with gym staff to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional member experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Retail experience, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
- A proactive, goal-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media and an ability to create engaging content.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
