**The Opportunity**:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about compliance and administration? We’re looking for a Licensing Officer to join our dynamic team at City, reporting directly to the Head of People and Development. This permanent part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations while collaborating with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:
**License Management**: Oversee individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in HRIS system.
**Site Inductions**: Manage site induction access, issue tokens, and resolve technical issues for team members.
**Stakeholder Collaboration**: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate licensing and induction processes.
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications and processing reimbursements.
**Records Maintenance**: Maintain accurate documentation related to licensing and inductions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Qualifications**: A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
**Experience**: At least 3 years in a similar administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly advanced Excel skills.
**Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders.
**Attributes**: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
**Preferred Knowledge**: Familiarity with site induction and access platforms, as well as an appreciation of individual trade license categories.
