**About the Role**:
Securecorp are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented staff member to join the team in Mulgrave as our new National Operations Centre - Afterhours Coordinator.
In this role you will be responsible for the rostering of staff, customer service, liaising with Business Managers and Clients, assisting employees with information, data entry and a various administrative tasks.
This is an excellent progressive opportunity for a Security Officer with excellent communication, customer service focus and computer skills to take the next step in their career
**Roster**:
Full-time rotating roster, averaging 38+ hours per week including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
Paying Level 5 Security Services Industry Award 2020.
**Description**:
To be considered for these roles, it is imperative that you possess:
- Previous experience in rostering or staff scheduling highly regarded
- Ability to provide customer service to clients
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- The willingness and ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Current Victorian Security License or the ability to obtain one.
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems/programs
- Demonstrated experience in staffing and rostering of a large volume of personnel would be highly regarded
