Join us in creating a better future, both for our team and the environment **The Opportunity**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance & Licensing Manager to oversee the City’s regulatory licensing, accreditation, and compliance obligations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to legal requirements, managing audits, and maintaining the integrity of our vendor and workforce compliance processes. **Your duties include but are not limited to**: Licensing & Compliance Oversight - Manage and expand corporate and business licenses. - Ensure workforce trade licenses are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements. - Ensure technical nominees meet suitability standards and coordinate related technical groups. Audits & Reporting - Manage audits and reporting related to vendor and license compliance. - Report on vendor compliance metrics and take actions to improve performance. Team Leadership & Process Management - Lead, coach, and develop a team of compliance administrators. - Establish clear KPIs and monitor team performance. - Manage workloads efficiently to support compliance objectives and business growth. **To be considered for this role you will be / have**: - A tertiary qualification in business or related discipline (preferable) - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a compliance-related role, particularly in licensing and regulatory management. - Knowledge of contractor accreditation systems and compliance processes. - Experience working with regulatory/government bodies. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. - Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively. - Full Australian working rights. **What we offer**: - Competitive salary - Hybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week) - Encouraging and supportive team - Modern building and facilities with free on-site parking - Career progression within a world leading facility management organisation If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
