**Join the team**

As a vital member of the Marketing team, you will work with key partners and suppliers across toy and other categories. You will play an integral part in building and delivering the supplier funded marketing plan, increasing sales, transactions, and participation in category.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our National Office in Mulgrave.

**What you’ll be doing**- Leading the delivery of supplier funded activity through liaising with merchandise teams, suppliers, and the internal marketing teams to plan and execute supplier funded campaigns across social and internal marketing channels- Managing the P&L for supplier funding, ensuring activity is delivered, rebates align and results for supplier funding- Representing marketing on the Licensing committee and maintain marketing licensing and supplier activity calendar- Building proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:
- Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment- Experience with coordination of marketing communication channels- Well versed with campaign management and budgets- Good understanding of the creative and media planning process- Ability to translate customer and business insights into effective content strategies- Proficient Excel skills with an ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity- Skilled with building stakeholder relationships- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
