**The Role**:
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Life Fitness equipment at customer sites which includes but is not limited to Gyms, Residential Sites, Corporate Sites, Defence Bases, Council facilities and homes in the Greater Melbourne Area.
- Professional interaction with customers, dealing with any issues that may arise.
- Periodically return to the Spare parts head Office located in Mulgrave, VIC 3170, to collect parts and interact with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator.
- Coordinating with teams at Head Office when further diagnosis support is required or additional/replacement parts are needed.
- Complete Service reports in a timely manner.

**About You**
- Be a positive thinker and display problem-solving skills.
- Be someone who can Interact with Customers and deal with requests as they arise in a timely, constructive, and positive manner.
- Be articulate in your communication, both written and spoken.
- Solid time management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:

- Australian Drivers license
- Able to understand plans, drawings, and technical specifications
- Previous relatable experience (Electrical or Mechanical repair experience)

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MULGRAVE, VIC 3170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
