Office Manager

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. Based in Melbourne the company’s office manager main responsibilities will be (not limited to):
- Overseeing office systems, procedures, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Supervising and supporting administrative and customer service staff.
- Managing internal and external correspondence, documentation, and records.
- Coordinating purchasing, inventory control, and supplier communications.
- Preparing operational reports, maintaining budgets, and monitoring office expenditures.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff performance review and HR administration.
- Implementing workplace health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Liaising with management and department heads to support business operations and project requirements.
- Overseeing scheduling, workflow, office equipment maintenance and general office logistics to ensure business continuity.
**Key requirements**:
- Diploma or higher qualification in a related fieldc
- English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
- Min 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office software systems
