Are you an accounts whiz and want to be part of a team that delivers quality products and exceptional customer service?

As our team continues to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced finance officer to join our team in Clayton.

This role is onsite, full time, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm position. Our office and factory are located in Clayton.

As one of Australia’s leading bakery and catering equipment manufacturers with a 100-year history, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills with us.

Day-to-day activities will involve:

- End-to-end Accounts Payable (50%) & Accounts Receivable (50%)
- Acting as key point of contact for internal and external accounts receivable queries
- Payment allocations
- Entry of all creditor invoices
- Issuing monthly debtor statements
- Generating monthly aged debtors spreadsheet and maintaining current notes
- Bank reconciliations and banking
- Preparation of general expenses
- Reconciliations
- Manage month-end-closing
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required

To be successful, you will need to have:

- Proven bookkeeping experience (3 years minimum)
- Knowledge and experience of MYOB (strongly favoured)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience of Excel and Outlook
- Customer service focused
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to hit the ground running

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
