**The Role**
This exciting full time temp to perm, high volume AP position will provide you with the opportunity to join this large, high performing AP team. Reporting to the AP team leader, this very busy role will require you to perform end to end AP. With the size of this team, there are genuine career advancements available, and many employees within the business are promoted internally.
- Processing payments
- Supplier statement recs
- Managing inbox
- Vendor/data maintenance
- Data entry
- Staff expenses
- G/L coding
- Identifying and resolving expense anomalies
- Maintaining data integrity in system
- Escalate aged expenses promptly
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- fill in for other team members away on leave
**About You**
- Min 2-3 + years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable Officer position
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System (SAP, Oracle, Dynamix, Great Plains, JDE etc)
