Based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant with accounts experience to join our office team.
This is an on going position - view to permanency.
Training and support will be provided throughout the organisation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing quality service to both suppliers and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience and knowledge of accounting systems
- Entering AR/AP Invoices
- Managing reception including incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mail & client inquiries
- Ad hoc duties
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability and willingness to show initiative
- Be punctual, reliable and flexible
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and demonstrated ability to get the job done
- Ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
You will be joining a friendly, supportive and energetic team and will have regular training and development.
