Verve Partners, an energetic team of specialist consultants reimagining the recruitment and HR sector Australia-wide, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource/Organisational Development Consultant to join our growing team. With over 170 years of experience between us, we've found the sweet spot in recruitment and HR- and want to share it.

As a Human Resource/Organisational Development Consultant at Verve Partners, you will work closely with Verve Partners clients to provide expert advice and support in the areas of general HR requirements, organisational design, change management, and leadership development. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects with a range of clients from various industries, helping them achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and support to clients in the areas of recruitment, talent management, organisational design, change management, and leadership development.
- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their business needs and provide customised solutions that meet their objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and best practices in human resource/organisational development.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for clients on a range of human resource/organisational development topics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to clients on leadership and management skills.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Qualifications/Attributes:

- A degree in human resources, organisational development, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resource/organisational development consulting, preferably in a consultancy firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them to a high standard.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops for clients.
- A proactive and innovative approach to work, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in human resource/organisational development.
- A team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional results for clients and making a positive impact on their business.
