**Our client is** seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions and providing invaluable support to our executive leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, and influence outcomes across the business.

**The Role -**
- Within this role you will be responsible for leading the full human resource functions._
- Partner with the executive team and managers to provide ongoing leadership development, promotion of positive management, and influence outcomes across the business.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures, implementation of frameworks, and ensuring the wellbeing and of our people.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies across the business, with a focus on managing and developing staff.
- Ensure compliance across the board including with relevant fair work and industrial relations legislation.

**About you -**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in a senior HR leadership position.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnering through change and growth.
- Broad HR experience, including strong internal relations and performance management experience.
- ** Hospitality or retail experience is highly regarded, however not essential.**
