- ECH is seeking a Quality Manager, to work closely with key stakeholders in ensuring policy, processes and procedures meet Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards. You will ensure ECH’s continuous improvement activities, risk management, compliance and quality are robust.- You will develop and maintain Quality Management Frameworks and systems and provide support and advice to the business to ensure a high level of quality assurance.**About You**
- Ideally, you will be passionate about Quality and Compliance and provide support and advice to the business to ensure a high level of quality assurance- You will have relevant experience in a related operational compliance role or a senior operations role in a heavily regulated industry.- You have experience developing and maintaining quality frameworks and continuous improvement strategies.- You have the capability to guide our teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules. You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.**Some Perks for You**
