About the Opportunity

The Quality and Clinical Practice Business Partner plays a critical role in enhancing client outcomes by leading continuous quality improvement initiatives across ECH's home care services.

Drawing on extensive clinical expertise and nursing practice knowledge, this role ensures regulatory compliance and promotes evidence-based best practices through the implementation of robust policies, procedures, and systems.

As a clinical leader and mentor, the Business Partner provides expert guidance to multidisciplinary teams, coaches staff through reflective practice following incidents or complaints, and advocates for person-centred care models that respect client preferences and dignity of risk.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed organisational skills, consistently thrive under pressure, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing demands within a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.

You will have exceptional collaborative abilities and strong interpersonal skills, working seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams while building and maintaining strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive meaningful quality improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes.

Ultimately, you will drive service excellence and cultivate a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement that elevates the standard of care and enhances the lived experience of ECH clients.

Essential Criteria

  • Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years' experience in Aged Care

  • National Police Check

Desirable

  • Relevant qualification or leadership experience in Aged Care Setting
