Leading supplier of high-quality consulting services to government and health industry clients. It is highly successful in providing program review and evaluation services to clients in the health, aged care and disability services sectors. With collaborative office spaces in Sydney and Melbourne or the option of working virtually, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Director or Manager of Program Review and Evaluation to join the Sydney team.

Your new role:
We are looking for a high level evaluation specialist adept in quantitative analysis skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Lead the design and delivery of program review and evaluation projects
- Develop logic models and evaluation frameworks
- Oversee and contribute to research and investigative work
- Identify, analyse and summarise information into situation analysis and discussion papers
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Develop surveys, and lead interviews and focus groups
- Prepare program review and evaluation reports to present evidence and findings
- Develop project plans, stakeholder management and risk management plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to senior consultants and consultants
- Develop and build relationships with existing and potential clients

What you need:

- Experience in designing and conducting program review and evaluation projects
- In depth understanding of the methodologies of evaluation
- Adept at analysing both quantitative and qualitative data sets
- Ability to triangulate data from multiple sources and to develop findings and advice
- Experience in preparing and delivering well-structured program review and evaluation reports
- Ability to skilfully present evidence, findings and recommendations
- Expertise in project management including leading project teams
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills essential
- Previous consulting experience beneficial
- Postgraduate qualification in program evaluation, psychology, public health or similar - Masters highly regarded

You may be required to travel across Australia to carry out fieldwork on client assignments and/or to attend business and professional development events. Travel may involve occasional overnight absences for short periods.
