PERSOLKELLY are currently working with various companies around Perth who are seeking experienced Recrutiment Consultants to join their teams.

**Internal Recruiter**

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

Our Client is seeking a fast learning and immediately available Internal Recruiter. This is initially 3-month assignment with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right person.

Working hours: Full time Hours (Monday - Friday) 8am - 4:30pm

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: Approx $38ph - $45ph + Super depending on experience

**The Role**

***This position will provide administration support to the Recruitment Team.
- Understanding job requirements with different hiring managers
- Posting job adverts, shortlisting and conducting interviews
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees, collating all personnel documentation
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Scheduling and Administration of training sessions for both new and existing employees / contractors (Refresher training for expired qualifications)
- Maintenance of all training records and licenses on internal database
- Maintain accurate recording of data in relation to employee records and licences
- Supporting and assisting with payroll functions
- Potential to include some basic recruitment admin functions - Reference checks, internal admin support, inductions, and compliance for onboarding
- Other duties as needed or required

**Experience Required**
- Minimum 6 months experience in an Recruitment role
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly and develop skills - will be required to learn to navigate in house systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised
