**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**This role is a permanent full time position based out of Ertech’s Head Office in Wangara.**

Ertech is experiencing an exciting period of growth and have a long term, diverse pipeline of projects that will require recruitment support over a long term basis. As such we are seeking a motivated, approachable and quality focused Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment of white collar personnel.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Serving as a brand ambassador for Ertech, promoting our company culture and values throughout the recruitment process

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Substantial proven previous experience managing a large white collar recruitment portfolio
- Experience within an internal recruitment team will be highly regarded
- An established track record of successful recruitment within the civil construction industry, highly regarded
- The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience using PageUp recruitment platform will be highly regarded
