We’re expanding our People Team at our Perth Head Office team and looking for an additional **Talent Acquisition Support** to help us meet growing demand across our Roads and Port Logistic Operations.

This is a **fixed term role (6-12 months)** with the potential to extend as the business continues to grow.

With a strong pipeline of workforce needs across Geraldton and the Mid-West Region sites, this newly created role is all about pace, ownership, and results.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide practical advice to improve sourcing, attraction, and process efficiency
- Represent the company at suitable job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand
- Willingness to travel to site regularly to support hiring managers and stay connected to operational needs

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (experience using Smart Recruiters would be highly desirable but not essential)
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of industries and job markets similar to Newhaul
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
