The Change Business Partner will be a change leader critical to the implementation and embedment of change activity across the organisation and will use this knowledge to help inform Change Management planning, budgets, financials, and delivery outcomes. This role provides change management support to the Operations teams within the business whilst working closely with the

Change Managers in the Transformation team in executing enterprise-wide business transformation work and/or projects. The purpose of this role is to assist the operations teams to successfully deliver, distribute and embed changes from the workstreams into the business, generating sustainable change.

The roles will work hand in hand with the change managers who are on the delivery side - the Change Business Partners will be expected to get to know the operational side of the business, including having direct daily contact with the Executive GMs and GMs in Operations so they understand the inner workings of the business and can help shape the change plans developed by the Change Managers to ensure the changes land effectively and efficiently. They'll also need to hand-hold the Ops leaders to help them deliver comms and training and then track completion stats, report on it (to me) and conduct remediation change activity as needed to ensure all changes are effectively embedded.
- Work alongside the Change Managers to have input into impact analysis of proposed delivery scope as directed by the Change Lead to ensure change interventions being recommended for delivery into impacted business areas are effective change management solutions.
- Own the delivery of change materials for project communications and engagement and deliver these materials to the operations teams.
- Have input into the development of training materials and execute training as needed in line with the Change and Training Plan.
- Have input into the development of communication content and execute as needed in line with the Change and Comms Plan.
- Ensure stakeholders and impacted audiences' groups are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change.
- Identify, monitor, and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change as they arise, including challenging and influencing project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
- Have input into the development of materials required to support and embed the change after go-live until Business Acceptance has been completed.
- Act as a change champion in providing support to colleagues on change readiness and resilience to advance the organisation's goal to build change capability.
