Job Overview

The role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal part in shaping the people strategy and driving organisational change across our Australia & New Zealand operations.

As a key strategic advisor, you will partner closely with senior leaders to deliver the people agenda and drive business outcomes aligned with our global values and growth objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on all people matters to ANZ senior leaders

Key Responsibilities:Talent & Organisational Development
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning and talent pipeline development initiatives
  • Drive programmes to attract, develop and retain top talent, ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion in all people practices
  • Oversee performance management cycles and coach leaders to achieve their goals
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Champion our company's values to promote a high-engagement workplace culture
  • Design and deliver engagement initiatives that foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all people practices, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment
HR Operations and Compliance
  • Oversee HR operations for ANZ, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies
  • Manage compensation and benefits frameworks, aligning them with benchmarks and guidelines
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting, data integrity and HRIS management
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for corporate functions and retail, including onboarding
  • Performance Appraisal and Goal Setting Management process
Requirements:Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (post-graduate qualification desirable)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams in a multi-site retail, consumer goods or luxury brand environment
  • Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience working in a global or regional matrix organisation preferred
  • Demonstrated capability in organisational development, change management and talent strategy
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Skilled at balancing strategic planning with operational delivery
  • High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Passion for people, culture and the industry
