We are looking for a Development Manager to **oversee the end-to-end delivery of residential developments**. In this role you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of projects from **design, planning, cost management to delivery.**
About the role:
- ** Development management - **from project planning, design, contract negotiation, management of contractors to ensure compliance, and management of stakeholder expectations.
- ** Financial management** - ensure projects are within budget and delivering on time, accurate forecasting, management of contract variations, and ad hoc financial reporting.
- ** Compliance and risk management** - Identify and manage risks that may impact project outcomes and always ensure compliance.
- ** Acquisitions support**:
- provide support on strategic and organic acquisitions.
- ** Reporting**:
- prepare accurate project reports as required.
- Tertiary qualifications in **civil engineering, construction management**, or other relevant property related degrees.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver residential development projects on a medium to large scale.
