An exciting opportunity has arisen where we require a Development Manager to join our New South Wales Apartments team, with a focus on supporting new business generation for the Apartments business.
Based at our Barangaroo office, as Development Manager you will play a key role in supporting lead origination of potential opportunities including initial feasibility assessments. The role will be diverse, versatile and require demonstrated experience in the complete development cycle of apartments; including but not limited to development brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, settlements, procurement, delivery and customer interface that survives the completion of the property. Coupled with a sound understanding of public and place outcomes, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to carefully balance internal and external stakeholders (incl. state and local government and government agencies).
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, as the Development Manager you will be tertiary qualified in Development, Planning, Property Economics, Engineering, or a related field and have demonstrated experience in residential apartments. A pro-active self-start attitude along with strong commercial acumen is essential; strong communication skills and a collaborative nature consistent with developing and maintaining relationships across internal and external development functional teams is required to achieve results.
